Registration

Notes:

1. One participation registration covers 1) access to all sessions; 2) conference materials and handbag; 3) coffee break, lunch buffet on the conference day;

2. One paper registration covers the cost of reviewing and presentation of the online edition of the proceedings;

3. Accepted papers must be registered by the registration deadline, or the paper will not be published;

Payment Methods

*Notes:

1. You can obtain the account details information from the Conference Secretary;

2. Please note that the bank may charge a service fee (usually up to 30 USD) when making the payment.

Payment Receipt

After the registration is confirmed, an official receipt of your payment will be sent to you together with all conference materials at the conference site;

If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned version.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received before December 31, 2026. An administrative fee of about 30% fee from the paid amount will be deducted from each refund;

Authors who have requested for refund after December 31, 2026 are NOT entitled to any refunds;

No shows will not be refunded;

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email;

*The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
